At SPI Care Services, we are committed to supporting people with disabilities to live with independence, dignity, and confidence. As a trusted provider of NDIS services, our focus is on empowering participants to achieve their personal goals and actively participate in their communities. 

We deliver high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred NDIS supports for both Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants. Our approach ensures you have the flexibility, choice, and control to decide how and when your supports are delivered. 

Our multidisciplinary team includes qualified Social Workers, Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, Registered Nurses, and experienced practitioners who are dedicated to providing safe, ethical, and respectful care. We work with a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, recognising the unique needs, strengths, and experiences of every individual.

Our Services

SPI Care Services offers a range of person-centred NDIS supports to help participants build independence and achieve their goals. Our team provides tailored support to meet your individual needs. 

Support Coordination Level 1 - Support Connection

Understand your NDIS plan and connect with the right providers. 

Support Coordination Level 2 - Coordination of Supports

Manage multiple or complex supports while building independence. 

Support Coordination Level 3 - Specialist Support Coordination

Expert guidance for high or complex needs, including crisis management and detailed service planning. 

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Goal-focused support for participants with psychosocial disabilities, building resilience and coordinating services. 

Early Childhood Supports (Under 9 years)

Accredited Social Worker-led support for early development, learning, and independence. 

Therapy Supports (9 years and over)

Targeted interventions to improve functional capacity, social participation, and engagement in daily life. 

Life Transition Planning - Mentoring, Peer Support & Skills Development

Assistance with appointments, shopping, bill paying, social activities, and maintaining connections. 

Skills Development & Training

Public transport training, daily living skills, social and recreational participation, and independent community engagement. 

NDIS Community Nursing Services

Clinical care, including health monitoring, medication management, wound care, and home-based support to maintain health and independence.

Managing Director of SPI

Moreen is the Managing Director of SPI Care Services and a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the community services sector. She brings strong leadership and practice experience, with a passion for empowering individuals and strengthening communities. 

Moreen has worked across housing and homelessness, community mental health, carer support services, and programs supporting families and young people. Her work focuses on improving access to supports and helping people achieve greater independence. 

She is also a board director, community leader, mentor to women and young people, and an experienced group facilitator. Moreen leads SPI Care Services with a strong commitment to ethical, person-centred, and trauma-informed care. 

Moreen’s leadership at SPI Care Services reflects her deep commitment to ethical, person-centred, and trauma-informed practice, ensuring that participants receive compassionate and high-quality support.
